1. Service Description

KAI provides AI-powered Korean language learning tools including conversation practice, phrase breakdowns, vocabulary management, and audio lesson management.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Content & Audio Files

• You retain ownership of audio files you upload.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any audio content.
• We do not claim ownership over your content.

4. AI Features

AI-generated translations, breakdowns, and conversation responses are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. The App is a learning supplement, not a replacement for professional language instruction.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service.
• Do not upload malicious content.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
